How Long does the programme last? It depends on you. However a standard Weight management Programme and Training Plan are usually set for between 6-8week intervals.
Do I need any supplements? The decision is up to you. We do not recommend any illegal supplements at all. If you require any whey protein shakes or other protein shakes then we can provide you with discounts. The information and advice will be given to you and the decision is yours to make.
How much does it cost? The cost can vary depending on what you want or need.

Weight Management Coaching - £20 per hour, 1 Session a Week, 8 Week Programme.
What do I get for my money? - If you go for the single 6 week training plan you will receive a plan that is custom to your goals, your physique, your fitness levels, your availability to exercise or go to the gym, your age, even custom to what equipment you have in your gym
- Basic 6 Week Diet Plan: You will receive a basic example plan of your nutritional needs e.g. how many calories you need, and a week example diet plan based upon your needs.
- A monthly custom diet and training plan combined: You will receive a completely custom training and diet plan to suit your needs for the month ahead, based on your current fitness levels, goals, lifestyle, availability, social life, working life, nutritional needs. Everything will be broken down for you. With this option, you will be required to check in each week with your progress in order to see if any changes need to be made to your diet or training plan, and assess how your body is reacting to the programme as everyone is different.
- Weight Management Coaching is on a 1-2-1 basis, it can be face to face if your local, or via Skype. This is more in depth where we will discuss various factors that influence your diet, what you eat, why you eat it, what your goals are etc. It is very personal and it will require you to fill out a few questionnaire's, complete food diaries, and it will also provide you with the educational material in order for you to change your nutritional lifestyle for the better and give you the knowledge to manage your weight permanently. Weight Management Coaching is generally an hour long session, once a week and has a general 8 week period. This can vary depending on you; however as a rule of thumb the programme tends to take 8 weeks.
How and when do I Pay? You can pay via PayPal, details will be emailed across to you along with relevant questionnaires for you to fill in before the programme starts. Payment must be made in advance due to the timeliness of the programme planning.
