DG Fitness does not provide you with the latest Fad's, we simply promote a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise in order to create, maintain or start a healthy lifestyle. We don't believe in giving you a list of what you can and can't eat unless you are on a very strict short weight loss/weight gain programme which is unlikely.
